There was a handful of companies who manufactured Motor Starters and most of the demand was gratified by imported starters. These products were expensive on one hand because of the import costs and on the other hand the lead time after orders was huge. This apparent gap was the reason that magnetised these two people to put together the efforts in creation of this company.
Their experience in their fields helped the company to prosper and within a few years people started accepting the brand. As the customer base stretched, the brand became more acceptable.
